Animal Manure

In accordance with regulation #717, no person shall place or deposit manure or animal excreta in any street, alley, road, open excavation, abandoned well or cistern, ditch, stream or body of water, or in any other manner deemed improper by the Board of Health.
Every person harboring, maintaining, keeping any animal, including but not limited to cats, dogs, horses, mules, bovine, swine, or fowl, in a stable, stall, or compartment of any kind, shall store any accumulation of manure in a manner which does not create nuisance conditions.
